The Padma Resident program is an entree to privileges bestowed only upon our preferred guests. It is a token of appreciation for our patrons who have supported us throughout the years.

The improved program will include both properties under the Padma Hotels and Resorts Group, Padma Resort Bali and Padma Hotel Bandung. So wherever you stay, you will be spoilt with the benefits and rewards offered at both hotels.

  • Membership is by signing up through the hotel or visit our official website, terms and conditions apply.
  • Only individuals aged 21 years and above are eligible to participate in this programme.
  • Point accrual for Rupiah rate will be calculated based on the US Dollar to Rupiah exchange rate selected by the hotel at its sole discretion.

Only valid and cumulative for qualifying bookings of a minimum and accumulative of 7 room nights per stay, maximum of 21 room nights.

What is Padma Resident?
Padma Resident is Padma Hotels and Resorts ' guest rewards programme. It is designed to reward and accord exclusive privileges to our loyal guests at any of our participating hotels.

Membership

How many types of Padma Resident memberships are there?

There are two types of Padma Resident memberships - Preferred Padma Resident and Royal Padma Resident. There is no supplementary membership for either tier; every membership is valid for one member only.

All Padma Residents will be awarded Padma Points for every qualifying stay at any participating hotel. Padma Points may be exchanged for a range of rewards including room nights, room upgrades and F & B vouchers.

How do I qualify for membership?

Guests who have stayed at participating Padma Hotels and Resorts with one (1) qualifying stay are able to join the Preferred Padma Resident membership by sign up on the website or contact the guest relation officer at the resort.

Guests or Preferred Padma Residents who have accumulated 30 qualifying room nights or more at participating Padma Hotels and Resorts over the last 36 months, will be invited to become Royal Padma Residents upon qualification.

Do note that only individuals aged 21 years and above are eligible to participate in the Padma Resident programme.

Do I have to pay for the membership?
No, there is no fee for either tier of membership.
What is validity period of membership?

Both the Preferred Padma Resident and Royal Padma Resident memberships have a validity period of 3 years from the date when the membership commence.

Preferred Padma Residents will need at least one qualifying stay within the next 36 months from commencement of membership for the latter to be renewed. Renewal for Royal Padma Residents will be based on 30 qualifying room nights within the next 36 months of their membership period.

How long does it take to process my application?
Once your membership has been successfully registered, a notification with a Preferred Padma Resident ID and a password will be sent to the email address you have provided. You can start earning Padma Points by quoting your Preferred Padma Resident ID when you make your reservation.
How do I inform of the changes in my personal details?
You can log onto your account on Padma Resident Website to update your profile.
I can’t remember my Padma Resident login ID. How do I get a new one?
Simply send us an email to padmaresident@padmahotels.com and we will email you your Padma Resident login ID and a new password.

Points

How do I earn points?

Points will be earned for every qualifying stay. All Padma Residents will earn one (1) Padma Point for every eligible dollar (USD) spent at participating hotels - for up to 3 rooms per stay with:

  1. One room occupied by the member and
  2. All rooms have to be paid for by the member with all charges settled at check-out.

Booking of more than 3 rooms will be considered as a group booking and Padma Points will not be awarded for the whole stay. Non-qualifying stay includes:

  1. Conjunction with airline and / or travel industry discounts
  2. Room rate of airline crew members paid by the airline
  3. Room rate for Group Conventions / Corporate meetings
  4. Complimentary rooms
  5. Room rate for one-time long-term stay
  6. Room rate for groups of 4 rooms or more

What is the difference between a qualifying room night and a qualified stay?
A ‘qualifying room night’ is defined as a room night at a participating hotel charged at an eligible room rate to earn Padma Points. A 'qualified stay' is one or more consecutive qualifying room nights at a participating hotel.
How do I know how many points I’ve earned?
Simply log onto your account on Padma Resident Website to view your updated Padma Points and information. Your Padma Points are updated on a daily basis upon check-out.
Are the points transferable?
Padma points are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
Do the Padma Points expire?
Yes, your Padma Points will expire when your Padma Resident membership expires. You will need to redeem them before your membership lapses.

Redemption

How do I redeem the rewards?

Simply log in to your account on Padma Resident Website to redeem your rewards items. It's a fuss-free process that allows you to print your rewards e-voucher once the redemption request is successfully submitted.

You may use the e-voucher(s) immediately, subject to the terms and conditions listed on the voucher(s).

Can I cancel the rewards redemption or replace it with a different rewards item after the redemption has been confirmed?
Once a redemption is confirmed, no cancellation or replacement of the rewards item(s) will be accepted.
Are these rewards vouchers transferable? Do they expire?
Rewards vouchers are non-transferable and are valid during members stay from date of redemption.
